仓库主管

该职位负责监督和管理仓库的日常运作，维持良好的仓储环境，确保库存准确性，优化仓库流程，领导并管理仓库团队以实现高效和安全的物流操作。

This position bases in Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Supply Chain Manager.

该职位工作地点为上海工厂，直接向供应链经理汇报。

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, shipping, stocking, chemical storage, handling, etc, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

负责仓库的日常运作如收发货，仓储，化学品库，搬运，配料等流程，确保仓库运作顺畅。

Timely replenishment of materials (raw materials, semi-finished products, etc.) according to the production pace, ensure the smooth progress of production with the design of reasonable materials dispatch route.

合理设计物料配送路线，根据生产节奏及时配料补料（原材料，半成品等），确保生产的顺利进行。

Establishes warehouse working procedures and working instructions to improve the warehouse operation efficiency; conduct the training for the warehouse operators and the KPI monitoring.

建立并完善仓库管理及操作流程，提升仓库运行准确率，及时性和效率; 开展仓库员工的培训及绩效考核。

Responsible for inventory counting according to the company’s requirement to make sure the inventory accuracy.

负责按照公司要求安排仓库盘点工作，确保仓库库存准确性。

Identity the risks and keep the warehouse 5S in a well-organized, secure, systematic, and professional conditions to meet the laws / regulations / EHS/ GMP audit / QMS requirements.

识别风险，维持仓库的5S，确保仓库的运行符合法律法规，职业健康，QMS及GMP审核的要求。

Other assigned tasks by manager.

上级领导交办的其他事宜。

Qualifications:

8-10 years working experience in warehouse management in manufacturing industry

8-10年生产企业相关仓库管理工作经验

College’s degree, major in supply chain or logistics is preferred.

大专以上学历，物流等相关专业优先考虑。

Minimum 3 years team management experience.

至少有3年团队管理经验。

English in oral & written will be preferred.

具备英语阅读和沟通能力者优先。

Familiar with WMS, SAP and MS-Office, warehouse digitalization project experience will be a plus.

熟悉 WMS、SAP 和 MS-Office，有仓库数字化项目经验者优先。

Strong learning ability, meticulous work, hardworking, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.

学习能力强，工作细心，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的沟通能力和团队协助精神。
