模拟IC设计高级工程师(PMU)

1. Responsible for power supply architecture design and power module Parameter decomposition according to the overall IC architecture design and requirements;

2. Guide the team to complete the design of power supply framework, module and ESD framework;

3. Able to independently complete the design and simulation of key PMU modules;

4. Lead team to optimize the design process continuously;

5. Responsible for tracking and solving key problems in IC testing/mass production to ensure smooth mass production;

任职资格:

1. 5+ years' working experience; Mater and major in microelectronics, IC or related education background;

2. Familiar with CMOS or BCD process and devices;

3. Rich experience in power management module design, such as boost, LDO, DCDC, Charge pump, BG, ESD detection, etc.;

4. Familiar with analog circuit design process and signal system analysis method; familiar with power system control logic and with certain experience in analog-digital mixed design;

5. Good communication, mature & independent, accountability, brave to challenges, team work;
