Production Supervisor - Quzhou

1. Leading the plant team to ensure that the satellite plant meets Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence standards and goals;

2. Producing sufficient product at budgeted costs to meet sales demands.

3. Participating in the preparation of the departmental budgets.

4. Implementing corrective actions/improvement actions;

5. Sustaining good employee communications and morale to insure a motivated and productive labor force.

6. Interfacing with customers with regard to order taking, delivery schedule and product quality.

7. Interfacing with host plant regarding contractually supplied raw materials and services.

8. Evaluating new equipment/processes to optimize production and costs;

9. Performing other related duties including accounting, purchasing, human resources, etc.

In addition, the production supervisor must be willing to travel to other Satellite plant sites as required in support of plant start-ups, non-routine situations, in support of general area needs and as a vacation fill-in.

5. 维持良好的员工沟通，以确保一个积极以及高效的团队；

6. 与客户就订单、交货进度以及产品质量方面进行沟通；

7. 与客户工厂就按照协议提供的原材料以及服务方面进行沟通；

8. 评估新设备/工艺，优化生产和成本；

9. 执行其他相关的工作，包括财务、采购、人力资源等。

另外，生产主管必须能够根据要求到其他卫星工厂现场出差，以支持工厂启动以及非常规情况等。

SKILLS/EDUCATION:

Associate Degree or technical certification and five years experience in an industrial

environment.

The ability to read, write and speak English and Mandarin is required.

5年相关生产相关工作经历。具备基本的英语听说读写能力。
