Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the development of new store sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for market opportunities, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential store locations, negotiating site leases, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful site acquisition and development.
Key Responsibilities:
85 Market Analysis and Research:
87 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for new store locations based on demographic, economic, and competitive factors. 87 Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to determine optimal site selections.
85 Site Identification and Evaluation:
87 Identify and assess potential store sites through field visits, site surveys, and evaluations.
87 Perform site assessments, including evaluating property conditions, visibility, accessibility, and potential for growth. 85 Negotiation and Acquisition:
87 Negotiate lease terms, agreements, and conditions with property owners and landlords.
87 Prepare and present proposals for new store sites to senior management and secure necessary approvals. 85 Stakeholder Engagement:
87 Build and maintain relationships with landlords
87 Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment on site selection and acquisition. 85 Project Coordination:
87 Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful site development.
87 Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays in the site development
process.
85 Reporting and Documentation:
87 Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential site opportunities, including
financial analysis and risk assessments. 87 Maintain accurate records of site evaluations, negotiations, and contracts. Qualifications:
85 Above 2 years working experience in multi-national company;
85 Able to travel extensively
85 Strong business acumen especially in retail industry;
85 Good written English ability
85 Highly self-motivated with the ability to deliver good performance with minimum supervisior
