岗位职责
1. Be responsible for the process safety management system establishment and implementation promotion according to National regulation and Sinochem&Adisseo requirements.
2. Organize internal process safety inspection and audit to promote company PSM performance.
3. Organize site MOC management, attend the MOC assessment from process safety aspect to sure risk under control.
4. Be the expert for the PHA e.g. HAZOP,LOPA,SIS,Botie, review new process HAZOP study.
5. Support site emergency management.
6. Participate key safety elements, involving other EHS management system elements related.
任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above majored in safety engineering or chemistry related preferred
2. About 5 years plus process safety related working experiences in multinational chemical company
3. Experience in engineering is preferred
4. Certified safety engineer in chemistry
5. HAZOP leader certified § Strong communication skill and presentation skill
6. Fluent English speaking and writing
7. Function safety engineer is preferred
