机械设计工程师

1. 根据项目需求完成非标自动化设备的机械结构设计；

Complete mechanical structure design for custom automation equipment based on project requirements;

2. 使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD等软件进行3D建模和2D图纸输出；

Use SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other related software for 3D modeling and 2D drawing output;

3. 参与产品开发全过程，包括方案设计、部件选型、加工跟进及现场调试支持；

Participate in the full product development cycle, including conceptual design, component selection, manufacturing follow-up, and field commissioning support;

4. 编写相关技术文档，如BOM表、装配指导文件、测试报告等；

Prepare technical documentation such as BOMs, assembly instructions, and test reports;

5. ERP系统的管理和操作，确保数据的准确性和及时更新;

Manage and operate ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and timely updates;

6. 与电气工程师协作，完成整机系统集成；

Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete system integration;

7. 对现有设备进行优化改进，提升设备稳定性与生产效率；

Optimize existing equipment to improve stability and productivity;

8. 支持海外项目的技术交流与现场调试，需具备一定的英语沟通能力。

Support overseas projects in technical communication and on-site commissioning. Good English communication skills are required.

任职要求：

1. 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;

2. 至少5年机械设计相关工作经验，其中3年以上非标设备独立设计经验；

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in custom (non-standard) equipment design;

3. 熟练掌握SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Office等办公软件；

Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office software;

4. 熟悉非标设计及材料选择，熟悉机械结构、材料、常规传动技术，熟悉机械加工工艺；

Familiar with non-standard design and material selection, mechanical structures, materials, conventional transmission technologies, and machining processes;

5. 熟悉机械设备标准化设计体系和流程；

Familiar with standardized design systems and processes for mechanical equipment;

6. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力；

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

7. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；

Good teamwork spirit and communication skills;

8. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行日常交流及技术文档撰写者优先。

Good command of spoken and written English, capable of daily communication and technical writing is preferred.
