2. Ensure production staffs follow company policies, procedure and instruction strictly.

3. Responsible for implementation of all production plan on time as required, ensure on-time delivery performance to catch up customers’ demand. Ensure production activities to be stable and repeatable.

4. Be responsible for labor cost control in production, focus on all production cost reduction activities.

5. Ensure stable and high quality output.

6. Be responsible for efficient production organization, reduce waste from all production activities, and improve production efficiency with technical & lean solutions.

7. Be responsible for achieve higher level operation targets and setting up sub-targets to his team members, train, evaluate and control their performance and support them in case.

8. Be responsible for continuous improvement in production area, in terms of quality, labor cost, 5S, safety, efficiency etc.

9. Follow up laws, regulations and HSE rules, attend HSE activity and training timely, follow position HSE requirement
