JOB PURPOSE1. Make customer’s satisfaction through providing technical support 通过提供技术支持使客户满意。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Provide remote technical support for power quality monitoring device, insulation monitoring device, portable power quality diagnosis box and other products.提供电能质量监测装置、绝缘监测装置、便携式电能质量诊断箱等产品的远程技术支持。
2. Summarize Frequently Asked Questions raised with daily customer’s calls and share technical information with team members. .撰写FAQ并与团队成员分享技术信息。
REQIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical engineering and automation, power electronics or related.本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化，电力电子及其相关专业2. At least 5 years working experience in power quality or power automation field, at least 3 years working experience in technology application.5年以上电能质量或电力自动化领域工作经验，3年以上技术应用工作经验；
3. In-depth understanding of power quality standards, insulation monitoring device industry status, products (power factor correction, active power filters, voltage sag compensation devices) and development trends; Familiar with Modbus, have deep insight on digital transformation of traditional industry.深入理解电能质量标准、绝缘监测装置行业现状、产品（功率因素矫正，有源滤波器，电压暂降补偿装置）和发展趋势；熟悉Modbus协议，对传统行业数字化转型有深刻见解。 Other Requirements:
4. Fluent in English reading and writing英语读写流利5. A basic sense of business, especially on technical area基本的商务意识，尤其是在技术领域
