Project Executive

61 Support the Product Supply Chain function on managing overall projects timeline, including monitor packaging artwork approval, product costing, order fulfillment and on time delivery.

61 Support in sourcing new suppliers when required

61 Coordinate with clients & suppliers on production scheduling, update and generate regular reports.

61 Liaise with internal and external parties to track delivery performance, and quality incidents of the corresponding programs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

61 Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines

61 Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, project management, and/or sourcing disciplines.

61 Experience in toys, and promotional premiums sourcing & manufacturing will be an advantage.

61 Well versed of project timeline management.

61 High level of computer literacy: MS office and Excel competency is a MUST

61 Strong business ethics and high level of integrity

61 Strong sense of business acumen, results oriented, adaptive and flexible to accommodate both hands-on details and follow-through end to end on the programs under his/her responsibility.

61 Proactive, independent, and able to work under fast-paced environment.

61 Self-motivated and detailed minded with a “can-do” attitude

61 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
