* Be familiar with the testing standards & methods of rubber & plastics;
* Be familiar with the testing equipments and the operation;
* Taking over the orders from internal customers, and testing the specimens by yourself with the lab equipments;
* Data collection & analysis, creating the report and share with the cutomers on time；
* Communication with the customers about the testing in the whole service process.
