职位描述
1 Responsible for QC team’s routine management work, e.g. shift plan making, monthly QC performance assessment etc. 负责QC团队的日常管理工作，如排班计划制定、月度绩效考核等
2 Responsible for arranging routine inspection for QC, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection etc., to ensure that all the products are conform to the requirements of customers, food safety quality management system and related statutory and regulatory。 负责安排QC检验员的日常检验工作，包括进料、过程及出货检验等，确保产品符合客户、食品安全质量管理体系及相关法律法规要求
3 Responsible for arranging QC for environment, microbiological etc. monitoring in food production area. 负责安排QC实施食品生产区环境、微生物等监控工作
4 Responsible for managing and tracing all related inspection data, to ensure the integrality, reliability and accuracy of the whole database. 负责管理跟踪所有检测数据，确保测量系统数据库的完整性、可靠性及精确性
5 Responsible for the control, feedback and traceability of all nonconformity products or phenomena including food safety.负责包括与食品安全有关的所有不合格品或现象的控制、反馈及跟踪处理
6 Responsible for AQP inspection during new products or projects development stage. 负责新产品、新项目开发阶段AQP检测工作
7 Responsible for the management for Lab equipments, documents and CAQ system etc. 负责实验室设备、文件及CAQ系统等的维护管理
8 Responsible for trainings for QC team. 负责QC团队的培训工作
9 Responsible for hygiene monitoring and management of QC team staffs. 负责QC团队人员的卫生监督管理
10 Responsible for lab 5S management. 负责实验室5S的日常管理
11 Responsible for the clean clothes of food area. 负责食品包装区域员工的防尘服清洁
12 Coordinate to conduct plant NEXT and safety concern reporting projects. 配合执行工厂的NEXT和安全隐患汇报项目
13 Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc. 质量经理安排的其它相关工作等
