Establish a sound financial system, standardize relevant procedures, to ensure the safe and healthy development of the company's operation.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 建立健全的财务制度，规范资金业务相关流程，确保公司资金安全、高效利用。

Establish a sound financial system, standardize the related procedures of capital business, to ensure the safe and efficient use of the company's funds.

2. 完成财务各项报表及分析，支持各事业部、各业务部门，及时提供有价值的分析、及改善建议，确保公司运营的健康、可持续发展。

Complete financial statements and analysis. Support each business unit to provide valuable analysis and give improvement suggestions related in time. To ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company's operation.

3. 制定公司下一年度预算计划以及未来5年长期规划，支持各事业部，对标市场及行业标准，合理管控公司的各项成本、经费支出。

Develop the company's budget plan for the next year and the long-term plan for the next 5 years, support all business divisions, benchmark the market and industry standards, and reasonably control the company's cost and expenditure.

4. 负责公司财政、税务方面的管理，给公司提出合理建议。

Responsible for the management of the company's finance and taxation and give reasonable suggestions to the company.

5. 维护公司与银行、税务、工商、外汇管理局和统计局等政府部门之间的业务往来，确保公司财务制度、财务记账，合规、合法。

Maintain the business relationship between the company and government departments such as bank, tax bureau, industry and commerce, foreign exchange administration bureau and statistics bureau, ensure the company's financial system, financial bookkeeping, compliance, and legality.

岗位要求：

1. 全日制本科以上学历，财务专业

Bachelor degree or above，major in financial

2. 大型制造业企业从事管理经验5年以上，有ERP系统经验，SAP为佳

Minimum 5 years management experience in large manufacturing

enterprise, experience in ERP system, SAP is preferred

3. 英语听说流利 Fluent English in listening and spoken

4. 熟练使用各项办公软件 Good command of office software
