岗位职责

1.Design analog block: Port Controller, Power Switch, DC-DC bulk-booster

2.co-work with marketing/digital/system engineer to define product key feature.

3.Development Power Management Techniques.

4.Responsible for the design, verification, testing, debug of analog circuits

5.Communication with digital team to design/optimize the interface between analog and digital block.

6.Provide the instructions and requirements for layout floorplan, matching and EM.

7.Support system engineers in testing and validation

8.Organize design documents.

任职要求

1.Master/PHD of electronic engineering, microelectronics engineering

2.8 years of analog IC design experience

3.Solid knowledge of power circuit design, such as OCP,OVP, RCP,OTP, SCP

4.Rich experience of BCD process, successful MP with SMIC90BCD preferred

5.Design experience of DC-DC, Buck-Boost are preferred.

6.Design experience of charging, type-c charging, Buck/Boost charger are preferred.

7.Understanding HV process characteristic including ESD/LU/Reliability

8.Understanding package limitation for Analog design

9.Familiar with the power management IC layout floorplan for size-saving

10.Good communication skills and team-work spirit
