注塑工艺工程师

1、 新产品注塑成型工艺策划，参与注塑模具开发技术标准的制定；

Planned injection molding process for new products, and participated in the formulation of technical standards for injection mold development;

2、 注塑工艺文件的编制（成型工艺卡、CP、PFMEA 等），确保工艺文件的可操作性，注塑件工艺结构设计标准的制定，结构设计的评审；

Preparation of injection molding process documents (molding process card, CP, PFMEA, etc.), to ensure the operability of process documents, formulation of injection molding process structure design standards, and review of structural design;

3、 新产品试模及试模问题点推动改善及合格品零件尺寸的一致性、零件克重、注塑工艺参数、注塑成型设备参数、材料特性加工参数等工艺参数的确定；

Promote the improvement of the problem points of new product mold test and mold test, and determine the process parameters such as the consistency of the size of qualified parts, the weight of parts, injection molding process parameters, injection molding equipment parameters, material characteristics and processing parameters;

4、 负责新品阶段过程数据收集验证整理总结改善，使项目顺利量产；

Responsible for the process data collection, verification, summary and improvement of new products, so as to smooth the mass production of the project;

5、 负责量产阶段产能良率、质量等关键指标提升，降低成本；

Responsible for improving productivity yield, quality and other key indicators in mass production stage and reducing costs;

6、 掌握注塑质量情况，指导、督促现场及时解决生产过程中出现的问题，参与现场精益改善；

Mastered the injection molding quality, guided and urged the on-site to solve the problems in the production process in time, and participated in the on-site lean improvement;

7、 涉及高分子材料加工应用、模具设计等相关专业知识应用及塑料注塑成型新工艺的研究；

Involved in the application of polymer material processing, mold design and other related professional knowledge and the research of new plastic injection molding technology;

8、 承担注塑类工艺技术管理规定的修订工作，做好工艺管理，监督工艺纪律；

Responsible for the revision of the technical management regulations of injection molding, do a good job in process management, and supervise the process discipline;

9、 对注塑车间现场作业人员进行工艺技术指导和操作培训。

Provided process technical guidance and operation training to the on-site operators of injection molding workshop.

任职要求Education/Special Skill Requirements

1、 高分子材料、注塑成型或模具设计相关专业，大专以上学历；

Major in polymer material, injection molding or mold design, college degree or above;

2、 熟悉产品注塑成型的工艺、参数、材料特性加工参数；

Familiar with product injection molding process, parameters, material characteristics and processing parameters;

3、 10年以上的注塑工艺工作经验，精通工艺开发流程并有过类似的开发经验；

More than 10 years working experience in injection molding process, proficient in process development process and have similar development experience;

4、 具备较强的注塑专业知识及注塑异常问题分析、解决的能力；

Strong injection molding expertise and the ability to analyze and solve abnormal problems;

5、 积极学习注塑专业知识，熟悉注塑设备及周边设备的操作并能对常见故障进行分析；

Learn injection molding expertise actively, be familiar with the operation of injection molding equipment and peripheral equipment, and be able to analyze common faults;

6、 具备有效沟通能力，具有客户导向意识，较强的成本意识。
