85 Plan the manufacturing processes of whole products;

85 Plan the manufacturing schedules;

85 Optimization of products cost structures;

85 Monitor and control of production quality in an overall view and to certain particular process;

85 Draft , implement and optimize work plan;

85 Documentation of process flow, reporting, controlling;

85 Coordination in internal production and outsourcing activities;

85 Manpower and production resources planning and allocation;

85 Understanding of significant environmental aspects and important OH&S risk and control measures , and mastering of emergency response plan of the positions;

85 Comply with company rules and regulations, including HSE, environment and quality requirements and policies;

85 Other tasks given by leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

85 At least 8 years working experiences in production planning, prefer in shipping industry, heavy machinery manufacturing industry;

85 In-depth welding knowledge;

85 Understand process in production.
