2025 Campus Product Operations Engineer

As a Product Operations Engineer, you will be engaging to product design, global manufactory, drive strategies and action plans for new product introduction from early design to mass production. You will work with internal core team, extended team and suppliers on notebook developments throughout life of the program.

You will:

1.Develop & drive Operations readiness plans across factories to launch new products globally

2.Execute product validation activities

3.Utilizes metrics to improve new production, introduction process and product quality, at launch and throughout life of the program.

4.Drives quality improvements by risk assessment/mitigation eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier, new product introduction and manufacturing processes.

5.Drives continuous improvement in process, product manufacturability, flexibility, and operations cycle time and quality; Drive product transition, sustain & excursion management

Essential Requirements

1、Fresh Graduate or will graduate between

2024.6-2025.6

2、Basic knowledge of global computer products/peripherals industry

3、Able to identify, prioritize and influence absolute requirements into product designs

4、Basic engineering discipline and development / manufacturing process knowledge.

5、Basic command skills to assist in the implementation and execution of programs and initiatives
