生产工程师 Manufacturing Engineer

1 主要负责订单新产品的导入及转量产的相关工作，包括产品图纸修改、BOM变更等工程变更工作，来保障生产过程的顺利进行。

Primarily responsible for new products introduce and mass production relative work, including the drawing modification, BOM maintenance and other engineering change management work, for manufacturing operation smoothly.

2 优化生产制造工艺，工厂内外部夹治具、模具的设计和管理，以及引进先进制造工艺、实现自动化或数字化，来提高产品质量和生产效率。

Optimize the manufacture engineering process, management the mould, Jig and fixture design and manufacture, introduce the advanced process technology to realize the automation and digitalization for production quality and efficiency improvement.

3 标准工时制定及维护，规划生产产能，解决瓶颈问题，提高生产效率。

Make the standard routing for production, planning the production capacity, and solve the process bottleneck problem to improve the efficiency.

4 面向生产的作业标准程序、相关流程及相关文件的制作、更新及员工培训，并逐步向电子化/数字化方式转变。

Make the standard working procedure, work flow and form to training the production, and push it to digitalization transformation.

5 基于新产品需求，对生产线重新布局，改进物料流，执行精益生产的改善项目，支持工厂的运营绩效及整体战略目标。

Re-layout the production line and improve the material flow as new products requirement, lead the continue improvement project to support the KPI of manufacturing strategy.

6 通过自制或采购策略的平衡，来缩减成本、缩短交期，满足客户需求。

Balance the decision of buy or make for component and process, to reduce the cost and lead time for customers' requirement.

7 认真完成上级领导交代的其他各项工作任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

任职资格：

1 理工科的本科及以上学历，电气类相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, major in electrical engineering is preferred;

2 5年以上制造工艺类的工作经验，商用制冷或自动化行业优先。

At least 5 years of manufacture engineering working experience, commercial refrigeration or automation industry is preferred.

3 熟练运用CAD，Solid Edge 等绘图软件，有产品设计经验优先。

Proficient in CAD, Solid Edge and other drawing software, product design experience is preferred.

4 熟练掌握使用办公软件的应用；良好的英语听、说、写能力.

Good command of office software application; good English listening, speaking and writing skills.

5 新产品导入及转量产的项目管理能力，以及生产力提升项目的领导力，具备跨部门沟通的横向推动能力。

Strong project management ability of new products introduce, mass production and lead the productivity project, especially cross-functional communication and strong commitment to work.

6 了解工业工程和精益生产，掌握DFM, DOE, Control plan, FMEA, DMAIC 和其它问题解决的工具。

Knowledge of industrial engineering and lean manufacturing, master DFM, DOE, Control plan, FMEA, DMAIC and other problem-solving tools.
