Sourcing manager(Luggage&bag)

1.Lead the sourcing and procurement activities, source for products by identifying reliable factories, obtaining their profiles, and product catalogues. Compare all factory product offers, and make a final selection based on best price, quality, service, delivery times and payment terms.

2.Manage commercial terms and sourcing process with suppliers in China for all materials & finished products

3.Manage materials sourcing on time for sample development

4.Initiate and drive regular cost improvement programmes such as identify new supplies, review the performance & terms with existing suppliers

5.Manage the purchasing spending and prepare budget for related categories and merchandising team

6.Continuously review the performance of suppliers, implement KPI and scorecard to measure the performance and identify the gap, develop action plan for improvement

7.Participate in new product business case justification, product introduction and end-of-life plans; also provide the professional solution on supplier selection

8.Identify marketing opportunities and derive suppliers and category strategy, map competitive advantages over competitor's supplier strategies and market share

9.Establish strong business network and define long-term supplier base strategy

YOUR CHARACTER & COMPETENCES 能力要求

1.Bachelor degree with 5+years supervisor working experience

2.Strong in sourcing materials in “Bag & Luggage” or “Garment” industries.

3.Proactive, result oriented, able to cope with challenges of multi-cultural work environment

4.Detail oriented, get-it-done style.

5.Ability to work cross-functionally within the group as well as with suppliers.

6.Self-starting and proactive.

7.Extremely high integrity and business ethics

8.Fluency in English and Mandarin
