ESHA Manager 环境健康安全经理

- Support to the manifacturing area in the evaluation of risks

- Works to compliance with company std, guidelines and ESHA targets

- Management and Implementation of strategic projects

- Definition of investments projects releted to ESHA issues

- Organizes, prepares and participates in the site emergency management

- Evaluation of investments and expenses budgets for ESHA matters

- Monitors and reports the follow up of ESH audits and insurance inspections

- Report to Plant Manager with site information

- ESHA and Responsible Care trainning for Clariant personnel

- Prepares, collects and provides key figures, risk portfolio corrective actions and status updates

- Reviews environmental and safety compliances with law, evaluates their impact on the company's operations

- Compliance with the Responsible Care principles at the regional and corporate level

- Support of contractors in the definition of safety requirements

- Attendance to visits and requirements for authorities

- Investigates accident and incidents cases at the site

- Suggests corrective and preventive actions on site's risk portfolio and daily dangerous situations

职位要求：

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5 years’ experience in planning and execution of ESHA;

- Workable English

- Knowledge about ISO 14001, ISO 45001
