作为包装技术研发部的一员，能将材料或新型包装从基础研究转化为市场应用。

Development of new materials type, new material structures and new package products。

Qualification of new and optimized materials with focus on polymers in combination with pulp/carton based structures in consideration of bio-based, renewable raw materials and barrier-/sealing-properties

针对纸基复合材料，在高分子材料方面的包材结构创新、提升验证。

这其中包含生物基材料，可回收材料及高阻隔等新型材料的开发与验证。

Investigate, analysis and improve the issues in material converting processes as well as package filling process and final product transport/ handling process.

能够针对在纸盒生产过程、产品灌装过程及产品运输过程中发现的问题进行调查、研究及优化改善。

Coordination of activities with our suppliers, research institutes and universities

同供应商，研究机构或高校协调合作。

任职要求:

1.Master or above degree in relevant field (Polymer Science, Material Science) and preferably more than 2 years’ experience in an R&D environment. Preferably with experience on bio-based and barrier applications.

硕士或以上学历, 高分子/材料学/聚合物相关专业。 2年以上研发经验。有生物降解，绿色阻隔材料知识或经验者优先。

2. Experienced in plastic, AL foil, paper, film and polymer based laminated packaging applications. Expected be familiar with extrusion, printing production process and package filling machine work principle.

有关于塑料，铝箔，纸张，吹膜， 复合包装材料等相关研发工作经验。***熟悉挤出复合，印刷工艺，包装/灌装机械。

3.The polymer technology engineer should be in deep knowledge on polymer / film / packaging material characters and new material development process. He/she should be independent in charge of new polymer material trial runs within SIG sleeve production process scope. Be innovation, could drive new idea and bring the newest material technology to his/her development work.

具备较强的聚合物 或薄膜或复合包装材料专业知识。 能独立完成聚合物新材料在各个工序的测试，特别是复合工序。 对测试过程中遇到的问题，能及时分析处理。 有创新性，能将好的想法及新材料融合到研发工作中。

4.Fluent in spoken and written English
