技术支持工程师

1. To be responsible for the technical support for Guangzhou area for full range of GU window products

负责GU广州区域的技术支持工作，包括可能涉及的所有GU门、窗五金产品

2. Bring GU technical solutions to customers’ technical issues to ensure timely and high-grade technical support to GU customers of Guangzhou area

及时高效地为GU广州区域客户提供准确、高质量的技术解决方案

3. Keep regular communication and good relationship with customers of Guangzhou area, to obtain good cooperation with these customers from technical side

与GU广州区域客户保持定期的联系及沟通，从技术层面维护良好的客户关系

4. Assist to develop training material and organize technical training / directing to customers, and help to integrate the new employees in related areas

协助准备并完善技术培训资料，根据需要为客户提供技术培训及指导，并帮助相关区域的新同事更好更快地融入GU公司

5. Assist department manager on the department managing & coordinating, and enhance the capability of Technical Department

协助部门经理及主管进行部门内部管理及协调，以提高技术部的竞争力

任职要求:

Job Requirements:

1. Good service attitude and communication skills

有较好服务精神和沟通技巧

2. Architecture / Engineering / Mechanical major, College degree or above

建筑/工程/机械类专业，大学专科及以上

3. Min. 3 years working experience in Building door & window, or hardware company, European / American companies are preferred.

建筑门窗及五金类公司至少三年以上工作经历，欧美五金公司尤佳

4. Familiar with the functions, installation and usage details of door and window hardware

熟悉建筑门窗五金的功能、安装及使用细节

5. Good technical comprehension and practical skills

良好技术领悟能力和动手能力

6. Familiar with Office Software and CAD

熟练应用办公软件 和CAD等软件

7. Adapt to domestic business trip
