Manufacturing Engineer(制造工程师)

1.5+ years manufacturing area experience, have centrifugal pump or mechanical industry related manufacturing experience is plus

2.Bachelor degree on Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or similar

3.Understand Lean manufacturing knowledge & implementation process

4.Good communication skills in Chinese and English, good presentation skill is preferred

5. Be good at problem solving skill and learning new knowledge

6.Good Word, Excel, PPT and people training skill is necessary

7.Project management experience, SolidWork, and SAP is a plus

8.Works effectively with minimal supervision and able to perform under pressure

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Configure and maintain components and routing evaluation & set up properly in SAP system

2.Work with Product Engineer to confirm accuracy of Bills of Material

3.Drive Lean manufacturing in whole operation, lead team to execute Kaizen events, eliminate various wastes in shop floor and office processes

4.Understand and master Lean concepts including Standardize Work, 5S, Visual Management, layout optimization, CCF and MMF etc in the shop floor

5.Drive process product quality and continuous improvement align with professional WI development

6.Capable of manufacturing process trainings to production team, update & report out Lean relevant results and reports per management requirement and timeline

7.Involve new product, manufacturing process or new project to be launched in Operation per expectation, including fixture design & procurement, manufacturing equipment specification development and qualification

8.Lead special project management with cross functional team

9.Accept and finish assigned other tasks in time by Management
