职位描述
Job Purpose 职位目的:
- Be responsible for the management of Process department & production, to ensure safety, production technology development and researching & roadmap for technical direction, new products launching and related tooling design, product quality issue solving, working together with SOA or brother plants for technical issue solving, cost down projects, etc.to fulfill the requirements of plants.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1、Manage and maintain product formulation system to meet technical performance requirement.
2、Improve quality and cost (scrap, productivity) through LEAN/WCM process optimization and automation. Maintain proactive culture, drive continuous improvements. Set up annual standard routing time reduction target for our major production line
3、Develop short term and long term technical competency strategy.
4、Work for new product industrialization, coordinate all the functional people, progress and resources in high frequent communication way to make sure all projects can be successfully accomplished.
5、Provide training to subordinates. Identify key talents, develop succeeds/backups for key positions.
6、Production technology applied plants and tooling related. Continuous improvement the process parameters, Development for advanced technology and/or roadmap for technical direction.
7、Process improvement to ensure the growth of efficiency and cost down continuously.
8、Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualification Requirements 任职要求：
Typical Education Level 教育背景： Bachelor degree, Material Science
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：
1. At least 5 years’ working experience and including 3 years+ in process management.
2. Working experience in multi-national enterprise is a must.
3. Written and oral English should be good.
4. Good knowledge and skills in WCM/Lean manufacturing is preferred.
5. Strong people arrangement skill and team leadership
