Accountability:

- Leverage global insights and design capability of supplier base to complement and enhance the client’s product vision

- Ensure high quality suppliers are available to support our strategic aspirations. This requires ongoing work in understanding developments in the manufacturing base within the region to keep suppliers sharp and honest

- Price negotiations - be accountable for FOB price and margin outcomes of the buying portfolio assigned

- Oversee production and ensure consistent delivery performance at the right product quality level.

- Responsible for ensuring strong collaboration with suppliers and buying teams alike, utilize tools such as Time-and-Action (TNA) model to ensure accurate order tracking.

- Seek to resolve all escalated issues, or seek timely guidance from Supervisor

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of solid merchandising experience in relevant product categories in buying office or trading company

- Work efficient, intelligent and logical

- Strong data sense and analysis skill with MS Excel

- Excellent communication and influence skills in English
