Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.
2、Minimum 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a technical manufacturing environment (e.g., precious metals, specialty chemicals, advanced materials). Experience servicing international clients is essential.
3、A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical products, and applications relevant to the company's offerings. Familiarity with precious metals and their uses is highly desirable.
4、Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts, aligning with company business objectives; and to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
5、Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on account performance; and analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
6、Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions; and to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
7、Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in another language relevant to our key international markets (e.g., French, Japanese) is a plus.
8、Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Job Accountability:
1、Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned key accounts.
2、Develop and execute strategic account sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets within assigned accounts. Expand the company's footprint within the account by identifying new applications and stakeholders.
3、Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, industry, challenges, and technical requirements. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
4、Present and promote the company's products and services to key accounts, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. This includes technical presentations and demonstrations.
5、Manage the entire sales cycle for key accounts, from initial contact and qualification to contract negotiation and implementation.
6、Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
7、Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
8、Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and work to resolve them promptly and effectively.
9、Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies a relevant to our products and services.
10、Negotiate pricing and contract terms with key accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with comp.
