Drive both process and technology improvement projects in the process area OTC with guidance provided by Manager. Identify project opportunities using metrics, improve efficiencies related to productivity and KPI-s; actively participate in both small-scale local improvements as well as in global strategic supply chain initiatives as a functional expert. Support growth via proactively seeking waste elimination while using the basic CI toolkit and Business Process Management methodology. Assume the role of a functional expert (SME).
Duties & Responsibilities:
61 Represent the OTC team on cross-functional events and exercise partnership through using business process management; work with the local OTC team and other departments, to identify project opportunities, improve processes and to address legal/technology changes; participate on lean projects as project team member in case the initiative is on growth enablement/governance.
61 Monitor process incidents and exceptions via exercising hypercare/project control and define corrective actions through invoking management of process change; prepare measurement & analysis for decisions on process/technology changes; support technology changes as a functional expert during development and UAT; maintain associated process documentation, training materials and train OTC operations stakeholders on updated processes.
Desired Qualifications:
61 3+ years of experience in the process area OTC
61 E2E expertise on OTC workstream
61 Advanced SAP Experience
61 Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
61 Ability to participate in cross-functional teamwork
61 Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
61 Data driven, strategic thinking
61 Basic programming skills (e.g. VBA) and experience in automation is an advantage
61 Bachelor’s degree
61 Fluency in English
61 Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
61 Listens to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
