1. Completes the cost report at the view of management report

2. Completes daily cost update, maintenance and adjustment analysis

3. Evaluate and analyze the cost deviation

4. Expense review and control

5. Assist for the Annual Operation Plan, AOPU, Monthly LE, and LRP

6. Be responsible for Fixed assets. Completes the monthly CIP aging report. Capital spending report

7. Complete Capital plan and control the relative expense

8. Lead Fixed assets checking and find out reasons of differences

9. Be responsible for daily accounting bookkeeping, monthly closing
