Managing EPM depot team , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective repair operations and assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsible for developing and implementing standardized repair processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and continuously improving repair workflows to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments, such as commercial and field ，customer service, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding repair status and updates.

Responsible for promoting and enforcing site EHS management, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field (preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of the products being repaired

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies

5 years or above management experience , foreign company working experience is preferred.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
