Senior Product & Process Development Manager

ESI feasibility assessment of new projects, formulation of process flow and process drawings, and review of RFQ engineering parameters;

Responsible for tracking the status at each stage of the project, and dealing with issues and reporting abnormal situations in a timely manner;

Responsible for the development and introduction of new processes and technologies;

Customer drawing review and internal issuance;

Work with tooling and process engineers to develop DFMs and submit them to customers for review;

Complete process design requirements and coordinate with the mold engineering department (including stamping, injection molding, fixture and automation departments) to understand the customer's needs and participate in communication with the customer;

Establish and develop SOPs with process engineers.

REQUIREMENTS

More than 8 years of experience in metal stamping engineering

Have rich industry knowledge and experience in the manufacturing process of related hardware products;

Good communication and leadership skills

Good written and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

Manufacturing, stamping, Die- cutting, electroplating;

Project management

Related technical and product knowledge training

Good at 2D/3D software, DFM, FMEA, APQP, DOE production (responsible for 3C industry)
