新媒体运营专员

1. 负责微信公众号运营，原创文章的撰写和编辑；

Responsible for the operation of WeChat official account, the writing and editing of original articles;

2. 负责小红书、视频号、抖音号等新媒体平台的内容输出、运营和维护；

Be responsible for the content output, operation and maintenance of new media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, video account, Tiktok account;

3. 精准针对目标群体画像，围绕需求和兴趣点定制内容，以达到各自媒体平台增粉和扩大品牌影响力，提高目标群体访问量、咨询量和转化率；

Accurately target customer profile, customize content based on requirements and interests, in order to increase followers and expand brand influence on the media platforms, improve target customer visiting times, consultation volume, and conversion rates;

4. 新闻稿或媒体稿选题策划与执行、稿件编辑撰写；

Planning and execution of topic selection for press releases or media articles, and editing and writing of articles;

5. 支持学校活动拍照、视频拍摄与制作；

Support school activity photography, video shooting, and production;

6. 协助完成各项市场活动的策划、筹备、实施和运作；

Assist in the planning, preparation, implementation, and operation of various market activities;

7. 按规定完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1． 本科及以上中文、新闻传播专业，具备较强的文字功底和一定的摄影水平，会各种风格的文章内容写作和图文编辑能力；

Bachelor's degree or above major in Chinese or Journalism and Communication, with strong writing skills and a certain level of photography proficiency, able to write various styles of article content and edit graphics;

2． 有2年以上文案撰写经验；

Above 2 years of experience in copywriting;

3． 广泛了解社交媒体平台运作方式，有成功的新媒体相关的运营推广案例者优先，如微信公众号、抖音、小红书、微博等，熟悉网络化表达方式；

Widely understand the operation mode of the social media platform. With successful new media related operation and promotion cases are preferred, such as WeChat official account, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, etc., and be familiar with online topic expression;

4． 具备较强新闻敏感度，有创意和想法，能够提出可执行的新闻策划方案；

Strong news sensitivity, creativity and ideas, able to propose executable news planning schemes;

5． 较好的创新能力和学习能力，较强的责任心和团队协作能力，喜欢分享、关注新鲜事物。
