Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Japanese research team based in Beijing.
Responsibilities
Perform all sorts of quantitative and qualitative research including:
Conduct a wide range of research tasks in various sectors by collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information that helps solve specific business problems
Perform a variety of analyses such as benchmarking, trend identification, industry and company profiling, market sizing, financial analysis, opportunity scanning, etc
Synthesize research findings by preparing formatted end-products in the form of Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
Required Background
Bachelor's degree or above from good university, outstanding academic record, preferably in finance, accounting, economics and related fields
0-1 year relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, Powerpoint, word processing, spreadsheet analysis and online research
Strong analytical capability, problem solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and keep deadlines
工作职责
进行各种定量和定性研究，包括：

与客户沟通任务目标，明确研究方向，汇报工作进度，并能够根据客户需求随时调整研究内容。

执行客户发布的咨询研究工作，通过数据库等渠道，收集、总结、分析与客户需求相关的定性与定量信息，在各个行业开展广泛的研究任务。例如行业研究分析、市场规模、公司研究、财务分析、投资机会发掘等。

形式展现最终产品，并根据客户要求切换中英双语。

优秀大学本科及以上学历，学习成绩优秀，金融、会计、经济、管理、社会科学等商科相关专业优先。对咨询行业有热情优先。
