1. Responsible for the legal due diligence of the company's overseas investment and merger projects, the drafting and review of transaction documents, and the identification and evaluation of legal risks for investment decisions.

2. Responsible for optimizing the legal work system and process mechanism of overseas enterprises under the company, liaising with the legal service personnel of overseas enterprises for daily work, and carrying out the implementation inspection and implementation of overseas legal affairs.

3. Responsible for handling major litigation and arbitration disputes.

4. Provide professional support for corporate governance and other affairs, and establish a legal culture of compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in law (overseas study or work experience is preferred), hold Chinese lawyer qualification or legal profession qualification certificate.

2. More than 5 years of investment and merger legal work experience, with good legal risk identification and resolution ability.

3. Familiar with the daily management of legal work of collectived enterprises, skilled in company law, securities law, civil code, intellectual property and other laws and regulations.

4. English can be used as a working language.
