产品工程师

1. Cooperate with product engineers to complete the mold development of non-standard connector products

2. Quotation and feasibility assessment of connector products in the early stage

3. According to IATF16949 requirements, complete the APQP data in the development process, such as 3D, 2D and product DFM, mold flow report, engineering change, etc.

Job Requirements:

1, College degree automotive, machinery or its related professional, have a good non-standard connector product mold development experience, can independently complete the design of plastic mold;

2. Familiar with the development process and mold design and manufacturing process of non-standard connector products;

3, understand USCAR,GMW3191, IEC60352-5, IPC9797 automotive or electronic connector related standards;

4, understand ISO/TS16949 or IATF16949 quality management system;

5, proficient in Auto CAD/Creo or Solidworks drawing software and Moldflow analysis software.

6，Own more than 2 years of connector products and plastic mold early development experience is preferred.

工作描述：

1. 配合产品工程师完成非标连接器类的产品的模具开发

2.前期连接器类产品的报价及可行性评估

3. 按IATF16949要求，完成开发过程中的APQP资料，如3D、2D 及产品DFM、mold flow报告、工程变更等。

职位要求：

1、大专学历汽车、机械或其相关的专业，有较好的非标连接器类产品的模具开发经验，能独立完成塑胶模具类的设计工作；

2、熟悉非标连接器类产品的开发流程及模具设计制造流程；

3、了解USCAR,GMW3191, IEC60352-5，IPC9797汽车或电子类连接器相关标准；

4、了解ISO/TS16949或IATF16949质量管理体系；

5、熟练操作Auto CAD/Creo或Solidworks 等绘图软件及Moldflow分析软件。

6、分别具备2年以上连接器类产品及塑胶模具的前期开发经验为优。
