职位描述

岗位职责:
1) Ensure empty containers timely declaration to terminal and authority as per schedule, detect or solve problem before/ during the declaration proactively;
2) Meet local container release requirements (VIP service, OFAC special releasing, etc.) to make proper container release to customer;
3) Deal with empty repositioning, include empty evacuation, equipment supplying to subport (SIPA creation), further coordinate with GSSC tracking team for clearance of tracking errors;
4) Manage one way container move (check coming one way discharging , and deal with off hire (extra off hire containers, check status , send to hold instruction to depo, , separate units based on lease company) properly;
5) Verify empty storage cost /depot cost/ trucking cost for off hire/empty evacuation with vendor, update any error found timely, and send confirmed list to concerned parties;
6) Deal with GOH and steel coil units, check& tracking GOH in storage, update GOH type in Lara, crate GOH weekly report and check steel coil LOI;
7) Manage M&R. Collect offhire and scrap unit list regularly , clean estimate MNR EDI error , generate MNR cost report;
8) Prepare various empty management report to respective stakeholder so as to effectively utilize / manage empty containers;
9) Proactively assess potential issue and escalate to management timely with solutions;
10) Develop initiatives to improvement process and efficiency;
11) Be qualified to be a trainer not only for new hire training but also dedicate for on-job training. Take initiative to review and timely refresh training materials to align with process changes;
12) Maintain good network with individual agency via daily communication, be able to collect and understand more background knowledge behind a process, assist supervisor in negotiating & discussing process with agency, especially when there is a new change;
13) Assist supervisor to monitor daily operation status, capable of communicating with Agency independently on process discussion, issue raise-up & solve.
任职要求:
1)Minimum 5 year of working experience;
2)3 years at least in Shipping/logistics industry functions;
3)Proven record as a team player;
4)Fair English of written and oral;
5)Mature Excel skill on data processing functionality;
6)Meticulous with figures;
7)Logic thinking ;
8)Training skill;
9)Good inter-personal skill and communication skills;
10)Good team worker, give strong support;
11)Good team worker, be able to rotate and cross-support within the team;
12)Fast-mover, can address issues quickly, with high sense of urgency;
13)Self motivated and never stop making progress;
