高级机械工程师

职位概述：

工作职责：负责光通信产品非标自动化设备的机构设计，包括精密组装设备、耦合、串线设备等

任职要求：全日制本科以上学历，机械相关专业；5年以上相关工作经验，具有良好的机械设计知识（夹具、标准件和电机选型等），SOLIDWORKS熟练；英语读写良好，口语可基本交流；良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑条理清晰，责任感，抗压，团队合作能力。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assign the task and make the schedule according to the project requirements.

2. Evaluate the solution feasibility and approve the project.

3. Approve the structural design and the blueprint design.

4. Improve the ability and the performance of the colleague.

5. Evaluate the solution from the suppliers and the costing; Follow the project schedule and give the related suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Mechanical layout and Automation/Mechatronics specialty.

2. Familiar with WORD/PPT/EXCEL tools and CAD/SOLIDWORKS.

3. Familiar with a variety of brand normalizers, practice well and evaluate the costing.

4. Familiar with the theory of PLC/PC and motion control.

5. Familiar with machining technic.

PREFERRED:

1. Have the experience in precision automation.

2. Have the experience in designing the automation product line independently.

3. Have the experience in managing the automation project.
