注塑工程师

1、New mold proofing, formulation and review of injection molding process parameters.

新模打样，制定、审核注塑工艺参数。 (占总工作量约5%)

2、Lead the analysis of the problems in the injection molding process, determine the cause of the problems, and follow up to solve the problems

主导分析注塑生产过程中的问题，确定问题原因（如工艺、模具、原材料等）并跟进解决问题。(占总工作量约50%)

3、Participate in the post-production process (such as stamping, printing, spraying, etc.), analyze and solve problems related to injection molding, such as stress, flash, shrinkage, size, etc.

参与后道生产过程中（如烫金、印刷、喷涂等），与注塑相关的问题，如应力、飞边、缩水、尺寸等，分析和解决。（占总工作量约20%）

4、Review and control production process parameters, one machine, one mold, one parameter.

审核、受控生产工艺参数，一机台、一模具、一参数。

（占总工作量约15%）

5、Planning and promote the training, and strengthen the workshop technical personnel’s technical capability constantly;

制定和推动相关培训的规划和开展不断加强车间技术人员的技术能力;

6、Assist production manager to establish the target of each work in workshop, supervise the plan to meet the each target, and make sure ensure the target of workshop daily, either monthly and annual, are accomplished;

协助生产经理制定车间内部相关工作指标及督促各项指标的实施及达成，确保完成车间的日常、月度和年度目标;

7、Lead production technology team analysis of production process and improvement activities to promote the production activities in staff, efficiency, cost, quality, etc. , to ensure the production to run in better way;

引导生产技术团队分析生产制程并开展改善活动促进生产活动在人员、效率、成本、品质等以更优化的方式运作;

任职要求：

1、College degree and above, major in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred;

本科以上学历，机械/电气类专业优先;

Experience/经验:

2、More than 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry;

3年以上注塑行业相似职位工作经验;

Knowledge/Skills Required/所需知识技能:

3、Familiar with office software;

熟悉办公类系列软件;

4、Familiar with the process of on-site production management;

熟悉现场生产管理流程;

5、Have strong ability of understanding and learning;

有较强的理解力和学习能力;

6、Have strong communication, organization, coordination and problem solving skills;

良好的沟通、组织、协调和解决问题能力;

7、Good team work spirit;

良好的团队合作精神;

8、A strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and work actively.

9、有PET, PETG, PCTG, PCTA料经验，优先考虑。
