职责描述：Job Description:

1. 做好公司的质量管理体系及管理制度的维护、认证和改进工作，确保质量管理工作符合标准规划的要求并有效运行；Maintain,authenticate and improve the company's quality management system and management control system to ensure that the quality management meets the requirements of the standard planning and runs effectively;

2. 监督和指导生产过程质量控制工作，建立质量监督和反馈机制；Supervise and guide the production process quality control, establish qualitysupervision and feedback mechanism;

3. 负责供应链的质量控制，对关键物料的供货质量进行控制管理；Responsible for supply chain quality control, control and manage the supply quality of key materials;

4. 处理客户投诉的质量事故，协调公司内部团队分析及解决客户反馈问题并做纠正预防报告；Deal with quality problems complained by customers, coordinate internal team toanalyze and solve customer feedback problems and make corrective and preventive reports;

5. 参与、策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作和内部人员的质量培训；Participate in planning various quality management activities, such as participating in the audit and certification of external partners and internal staff quality training;

6. 质量团队管理，质量管理团队组织架构的设置，工作责任的分配，日常工作的协调与监督。

Quality team management, quality management team organizational structure setting, work responsibility allocation, daily work coordination and Supervision;任职要求：Job Qualification:

1. 本科及以上学历，英语四级以上，听说读写熟练，能独立与国外客户沟通交流；Bachelor degree or above, cet-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with foreign customers independently;

2. 熟悉质量管理工具，熟悉质量管理体系ISO9001,Familiar with quality management tools and ISO9001 quality management system;

3. 制造业3年以上质量经理岗位工作经验；At least 3 years experience as a quality manager in manufacturing industry;

4. 熟练使用Office 办公软件;Good at operating the office software;
