Position Title: SAP HCM China Payroll Implementation Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM China Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP HCM, specifically focusing on China Payroll implementation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their payroll needs, configuring SAP HCM systems, and ensuring successful implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM China Payroll module.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into system configurations.
- Customize SAP HCM systems to meet specific business processes and needs.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure accurate payroll processing.
2. Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
3. Client Support & Training:
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM China Payroll issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
4. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure payroll processes comply with Chinese labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM and China payroll trends and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on China Payroll implementation.
- Proven track record of successful SAP HCM Payroll implementations in China.
- Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, particularly the Payroll module.
- Strong understanding of Chinese payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP Time Management).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP HCM certification.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
