Duties and responsibilities

61.Perform failure analysis FA on after-market sales complaints unit by customers.

61. Plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously.

61. Performed detailed root-cause analysis and worked with the repair team.

61. Performed rapid root cause analysis for issues that is seen in production and took corrective actions.

61. Make weekly and monthly reports by model, by Lot number and by failure.

61. Will drive quality improvement and provide corrective action recommendations to RD team, as well as conduct hands-on failure analysis activities

61. Provide Technical Support to repair workers in SMT and Production Assembly.

Communication skills

English / Chinese

Experience:

61. 3 - 4 Years of experience in the Electronics industry

61. Troubleshooting with complete electrical and mechanical knowledge.

61. Process Knowledge in SMT/PCBA/FATP is an advantage

61. 5Y 8D analysis tools experienced

Educations / skills

Diploma in Electronics Engineering

61。对来自客户的售后投诉中的故障部件进行故障分析。

61。持续规划并提升故障分析的能力和水平。

61。进行了详细的根本原因分析，并与维修团队进行了合作。

61。对生产过程中出现的问题进行了快速的根本原因分析，并采取了相应的纠正措施。

61。按型号、批次号以及故障情况分别编制每周和每月的报告。

61。将推动质量提升，并向研发团队提供纠正措施建议，同时还会开展实际的故障分析工作。

61。为表面贴装技术（SMT）和生产装配部门的维修人员提供技术支持。

沟通技巧

英语/中文

经验：

1、本科学历，电子或机械相关专业

2、英语良好

3、5年以上PCBA与FATP不良分析经验

4、具有维修小组（10人左右）管理经验5、FA报告与经验教训（LESSON LEARNED）编制
