Senior Engineer, Production(006399)

1. EHS

- Follow all the corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements

- Implement the relevant health, safety and environment protection policies and procedures with help of internal and external EHS experts

- Report to management any deviation for correction and improvement

- Responsible for leading HIRA and drafting production related procedures and SOPs

- Support EHS related issue investigation

- Lead and responsible for production related MOCs

2.Production management

- Communicate effectively with other functions, e.g. SCM (production planning/scheduling, logistics, warehouse) maintenance, EHS, process and technology team, QC and QM team in production process on timetables and priorities to guarantee the production output

- Check and ensure the production records (from raw material in till the FG out, including warehouse) to meet the production and quality system requirements

- Responsible for drafting production related procedures and SOPs (activities in production building) and following training

- Monitor shift production performance on site and responsible for shift performance evaluation. Ensure shift team follow SOPs , safety and quality guidelines

- Tacking the batch time, and do the analysis with process engineer to improve the production efficiency

- Classify and report the critical problems in monthly base and drive the discussions and solutions with shift leaders and relevant teams, and make the planning and execution for the solutions implementation of the problems

- Support trouble shooting of quality issues

3. Improvement

- Maintain employee suggestion and creative system

- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process in manufacturing, focusing on cycle time reduction, manufacturing quality, productivity and cost and build continuous improvement culture

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, and lead the continuous improvement projects

- Support actively in the continuous improvement of production and processes.

- Be the window person to digital product owner and digital architecture on production activities

4. Maintenance

- Issue the daily work permit regarding EHS-Q guidelines

- Support the shopfloor maintenance organization together with production manager and asset engineer regarding EHS-Q and operation priorities

- Ensure the application for silicon free procedures (pre-check, pre cleaning of material, online cleaning and final testing together with lab)

5. Others

- Backup of the production manager for daily operation

- Special tasks arranged by production manager

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor or above, Chemical engineering

- Working Experience: 5 years

- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good English skill and computer skill, good communication abiltiy and interpersonal understanding.
