Shop Development Officer(便利店发展专员）

1.Ensure the HSE standards linked to food safety are strictly followed by the stations. Report directly any deviance to the HSE Manager and the SFS Manager.

2.Manage the application of the promotion and the display guidance of the SFS products and sharing the monthly & dedicated promotion notice

3.Monitoring the implementation of the planograms according to the established SFS strategy, assisting the station managers by providing them with commercial recommendations (marketing and market knowledge), market trends, key figures concerning the product and service range. Share the best practices from other stations.

4.Analyze – together with the Area Manager and the Station Manager – the SFS sales (turnover and GMVC) of each point of sales.

5.Have regular feedback with the SFS Manager to analyze the results of each promotion, to review the planograms and the SKU’s based on the sales statistics.

6.Have regular contacts with the local SFS suppliers and the local distributors to ensure that there is no stop in the supply chain. Inform the SFS Manager and the Category Manager if there is any concern.

7.Train and instruct the COCO station staff on all topic related to SFS (HSE, content or use of SKU’s,…).

8.Ensure the current shop concept of the Company (currently : HappySud + Mobility Shop for new shops and revamping) are correctly implemented.

9.Ensure the COCO stations strictly follow the planograms of TotalEnergies products (Car Care, Lubricants), and that the TotalEnergies brand is the only one sold (except the derogations allowed by the Category Manager)

10.Identify and analyze COCO SFS business risks, control and feedback on key risks to the HSE Manager, SFS Manager.

11.Be aware of the competitors offer in terms of SFS by regularly visiting their premises (not only service-stations but also convenient stores) and inform the Category Manager and the SFS Manager.

12.Assist the COCO Operation Manager to complete other daily tasks of the COCO Operation department.

13.Provide regularly SFS report related to margin, turnover, loss, category analysis

14.SFS master data maintenance in Dingtalk, Retail HOS, Invoice system

15.Provide the standard and support sites in terms of HACCP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor degree holder or above, Master degree is a plus

2.Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in retail operation, retail marketing or related environment (convenient stores).

3.Good knowledge of the Chinese environment and language

4.Capacity of analysis that leads to action plan

5.Good communication, assertiveness and independent project operation capability. Result oriented

6.Ability to work in team in a matrix system

7.Driven, motivated individual with desire to success

8.Ability to deal with database and dashboard tool (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Knime)

9.Good level of English required
