2 Forecasting: process the data of previous departments to predict the next activity of each department's business;预测：对过往各部门的数据进行处理，预测各部门业务下一步的活动规律；

3 Decision-making: According to financial analysis, choose an optimal financial solution from a variety of solutions; Provide strategic advisee to senior management.决策：根据财务分析，从各种方案中选择一个最优财务解决方案；为高级管理层提供战略规划建议；

4 Planning: prepare the internal financial report and budget, implement the budget management to each department, and finally achieve the budget target.计划：编制内部财务报告和预算，落实到各部门做好预算管理，最终达到预算目标。

5 Controlling: Formulate and implement effective financial policies and procedures, and constantly rectify deviations according to budget; And reduce financial risk. Ensure that financial management policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards.控制：制定和实施具有成本效益的财务政策和程序，不断根据预算纠偏；并降低财务风险。确保财务管理政策和程序符合监管标准。

6 Evaluation: assessment of the efficiency of financial procedures, financial direction. Perform regular internal financial audit;评估：财务程序的效率、财务风向评估。做好定期内部财务的审计工作；

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1 Education: university degree or above in accounting, finance or related field 教育背景：大学本科学历， 财会专业；

2 Experience: at least 3 years Finance working experience and 1-2 years finance cost controlling经验：具备至少三年财务工作经验，至少有1-2年工业企业相关财务管控工作经验；

3 Knowledge/Skill: Proficient in accounting, financial management, economic law and tax law knowledge; familiar with finance and office software; Familiar with SAP is preferred; a little more fluent English communication skill both and written 知识/技能:熟悉会计工作、财务管理、经济法、税法知识; 熟悉财务及办公软件、熟悉;熟悉SAP优先考虑；有较流利的英语沟通能力和书面表达能力;

4 Capability: Good communication skills, leadership skills, organization and coordination skills, risk awareness and risk control ability, cost awareness and cost control ability; Familiar with SAP will be in priority；Good English reading, speaking, writing ability能力: 良好的沟通能力、领导能力、组织协调能力、风险意识和风险控制能力、成本意识和成本控制能力
