职位描述
1. 根据香港高考的政策标准制定的耀华校本课程，结合DSE课程的教学大纲，认真准备教学计划及课程计划；按时向教学主任提交教学及课程计划及有利于课程学习的相关材料；
Develop Yew Wah school-based curriculum in accordance with the policy standards of the Hong Kong college entrance examination, and prepare teaching and course plans carefully in conjunction with the teaching syllabus of DSE curriculum; prepare teaching and course plans and relevant materials according to the timelines set by the DSE Coordinator
2. 做好教学用具及教学材料的准备工作，通过各种教学方法让学生投入学习，确保学生完成学习任务及目标；
Prepare teaching aids and materials, and use various teaching methods to engage students in learning, ensuring that they complete learning tasks and objectives;
3. 经常与学生家长交流学生学习情况；
Communicate regularly with the students' parents about their learning progress;
4. 设计并指导学生作业，并给予有建设性的意见；有效地评估学生；教师要与学生构建良好的师生关系，对学生工作要做到耐心、细致、态度和蔼；
Design and guide students' homework, and provide constructive feedback; effectively evaluate students; be patient, meticulous, and build positive relationships with students;
5. 与同学科或跨学科的中外籍老师进行良好的教学合作；
Collaborate with Local and Expat teachers in both the same subject areas and in cross-disciplinary fields;
6. 关注自身的专业发展；客观地反省自己的教学，促使自己不断进步；
Engage in professional development; objectively reflect on one's own teaching and strive for continuous improvement;
7. 在教学及课外活动交流中，为学生树立良好的榜样；
Set a good example for students in teaching and extracurricular activities;
8. 根据需要参加教学主任或校长召集的各类会议；
Attend staff meetings and department meetings convened by the DSE Coordinator, Vice Principals or Co-Principals as required
9. 配合学校的市场推广和招生工作，包括但不限于招生宣讲会、入学测试/面谈、开放日宣传等；
Cooperate with the school's marketing and admissions work, including but not limited to enrollment seminars, entrance tests, and open day promotion etc.
10. 认真完成教学主任、副校长或校长安排的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the DSE Coordinator, Vice Principals or Co-Principals.
11. 负责带领学生的联课活动
Lead and participate in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs)
12. 做好教授其他中学课程（例如：初中、IGCSE、A Level等）的准备，在需要时授课。
Be prepared to teach other Secondary classes if required (e.g. Lower Secondary, IGCSE, A Level etc…)
13. 根据DSE协调员的要求，履行教师对学生的监督职责。
Carry out supervisions duties as required by the DSE Coordinator
Requirements and Qualifications:
61 相关教育专业本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验，有DSE课程教学经验者优先；
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant education majors, with more than two years of relevant work experience; those with DSE curriculum teaching experience are preferred.
61 有香港高校教育背景，熟悉DSE课程体系的优秀硕士应届生可免于工作经验的要求；
Excellent fresh graduates with a master's degree who have a background in Hong Kong higher education and are familiar with the DSE curriculum system may be exempt from the work experience requirement.
61 能用中英文教学，并能用中英双语进行书面交流 英文进行教学交流；
Able to teach and write in both Chinese and English
61 热爱教育事业；
Passionate about teaching and education in general
61 熟练应用多媒体及计算机办公软件；
Proficient in the use of multimedia and computer office software.
61 工作严谨、细心、耐心，待人和气，善于合作与沟通；
Meticulous, patient, friendly, good communicator and a team player
