职位描述

Objectives
Identify risks and problems in the trial production of new products.
识别新产品试制中存在的风险和问题;
Develop and implement process and technical index control plan.
制定及落地工艺和技术指标管控方案;
Achieve smooth introduction of new products into production.
实现新产品顺利导入生产
Main activities
- Could make PFMEA and DFM review in early terms of product and plan process independently.
能独立进行产品前期PFMEA制作、DFM评审及工艺制程策划。
- Could guide abnormal quality issues for new product during pilot independently.
能独立主导新产品试产过程中的突发品质异常。
- Responsible for project Trial production and Small Trial production
负责实施工程试产及小量试产。
- Decide on the production process technology and make the process manual, control plans,
standard operation procedure SOP.
制定工艺生产流程,工序手册,控制计划和操作规程SOP。
- Make report after pilot, and track completion for the problems.
试产完成后制定试产报告,并跟进追踪问题点完成情况。
- Organize and coordinate all departments to complete the preparatory work for trial production according to plan
组织协调各部门按计划完成试产准备工作。
- Responsible for new technology, new technology introduction and verification work, improve the production process.
负责新工艺、新技术的导入与验证工作,提升生产工艺过程。
Profile
Education: Electronic Industrialization or Applied Electronic Technology or related specialties College or above degree
电子、自动化、工业工程等相关专业,大专或以上学历
Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in electronic factory, And 3 years experience in new project introduction of electronic controller.
有5年以上电子厂工作经验,3年以上电子控制器新项目导入经验。
Familiar with IPC-A-610, welding process and wave soldering process; Have basic knowledge of electronic circuit, be able to analyze and repair PCBA board abnormalities;
熟悉IPC-A-610,熟悉焊接工艺、波峰焊工艺;有电子电路基础知识,能分析PCBA板异常并维修;
With good communication and expression ability.
良好的沟通表达能力,
Could adapt to new environment fast, with high sense of responsibility.
良好的环境适应能力,责任心强。
Good at learning and summarizing new technical skills, results and experiences of process, and use into production. Help improve department process technician ability.
善于学习总结新的专业技术,工艺工作的成果和经验,并能使用到实际生产中。
帮助提升部门工艺技术员的工作能力。
