■纯电动/混合动力汽车动力系统项目的开发和管理，包括测试和供应商管理

■与客户沟通，确定其项目开发工作要求，确定工作范围和职责，并制定工作计划。

■组织和协调内部资源以满足项目开发要求 ■管理过程控制，确保项目成本和质量，在合同预算范围内有效满足客户要求

■确定各阶段开发内容，组织技术团队提供相应的技术解决方案，满足客户开发需求。

■进行项目进度监控和风险管理，变更管理，过程进度和风险报告给客户和团队 ■定义项目关键节点和控制节点交付物，确保交付质量

■ Pure electric/hybrid vehicle power system project development and management, including test and supplier management

■ Communicate with customers, identify their project development work requirements, define work scope and responsibilities, and make work plans.

■ Organize and coordinate internal resources to meet project development requirements

■ Manage process control, ensure project cost and quality, meet customer requirements efficiently within contract budget

■ Identify development content of each stage, organize technical team to provide corresponding technical solutions to meet customer development needs.

■ Conduct project progress monitoring and risk management, change management, process progress and risk reporting to customers and team

■ Define project key nodes and control node deliverables to ensure delivery quality
