80 Overall supervise customer demand/forecast, planning /inventory systems and co-work with logistics team to insure 100% on-time delivery for customers’ satisfaction.

80 Maintain good relationship with internal & external customers

80 Implement strong production control and lean kaizen: level scheduling, tracking schedule attainment, customer shipping window compliance, control of material movement and information flow.

80 Supervise inventory levels to meet/beat budget commitment and keep improvement in inventory turns. Weekly review of top 80% value items inventory status by category. Control and eliminate E&O in reasonable level.

80 Supervise components supplier delivery performance. Support on critical problems solving.

80 Create PFEP, SPI, Material Movement Plan, Logistics Plan, Ordering Plan, Inventory Plan, etc..

80 Participate MCIP & SAP system upgrade activities

80 Projects as assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

80 Bachelor Degree or above

80 Excellent English (oral and written). Other language is a plus

80 Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill

80 Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office) and ERP (SAP) skill

80 Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.

80 Self-motivated and result oriented, with team work sprit.

80 Can work under high dynamic, pressure and challenge environment

80 APICS knowledge and CPIM certificates is a bonus

Experience:

80 Experience in Auto industry

80 Good experience with planning process improvement

80 Supply Chain Management

80 Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt etc.)

80 Experience with SAP
