1) After the sales are completed, create a contract or formal invoice and send it to the customer.

2) Communicate with finance to ensure timely payment from customers.

3) Track the progress of goods completion.

4) After the goods are completed, contact the logistics/shipowner/freight forwarding company to arrange shipment.

5) Follow up and communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure that the shipment quantity matches the order quantity6) Expand the market.

2、 Familiarize oneself with the company's products and regularly update company information, including:

1) Update official website information.

2) Update product catalog.

3、 Other document requirements required by the customer, including but not limited to1) Learn to understand and be able to independently complete formal invoices, contracts, and packing lists.

2) Learn and understand products, and be able to independently classify products, create product parameter classification tables, and send them to customers.

3) Learn and understand customs clearance documents such as DHL.

4) Other documents required by the customer.

4、 Should have a basic understanding of foreign chat software such as Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.
