JOB SUMMARY
As the interface between customers and internal team, coordinate internal resources across department to fix customer complaint and quality issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Resolve customer production quality issues and corresponding corrective actions.
61 Champion the customer response process, and work with sales, plant and cross functional teams to identify root cause and generate corrective/preventive action plan.
61 Create, foster and maintain close and smooth relationship with customer, working with Sales, Plant and all relevant functional Teams to fix customer complaint and quality related issues.
61 Develop internal and external customer contacts and build strong relationships in cooperation with the sales organization and Hirschmann R&D and Product Management team.
61 Understand customer demands, requirements, expectations and perception.
61 Communicate with customers to have mutual agreements for quality standard/criteria to prevent and avoid unclear rejects.
61 Precisely track customer return events (Warranty, Near Miss, Field Crash event and etc) for thorough and timely closure.
61 Customer relationship build up and enhancement. Listen the Voice of Customer and sales, and visit customer on regular basis to establish the fluent communication environment with customer. Lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue.
61 Coordinate and assist customer audit with plant quality organization and cross functional teams.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
61 B.S. degree or above in telecommunication / computer science / electrical engineering or related technical field or experience.
61 5+ year’s quality experience in the tel-communication industry.
61 A comprehensive understanding of quality, reliability, and failure analysis processes and requirements.
61 Excellent customer interface and problem solving skills.
61 Good analysis, verbal and written communication skills including presentations internally/externally to multiple levels of an organization.
61 Related quality systems experience with an understanding of IRIS, ISO9001 certification or equivalent
61 Understanding of product development methodology, product assembly, fabrication, and test processes for semiconductors.
61 Experience in manufacturing process flow, corrective action process, and methodical problem solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis, etc).
61 Proficiency in application of Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) techniques, FMEA, process flow diagram, process control plan, quality measurement and statistical techniques (e.g. SPC), quality tools (e.g. JMP), and poka yoke techniques.
61 Good interpersonal skills and personnel influence characteristic
61 Good command of written and oral English.
