高级生产计划员

1. 生产计划制定与优化

负责主生产计划（MPS）和详细生产排程（DPS）的制定，确保生产与需求匹配。

基于销售预测、订单需求、库存水平、产能分析，制定月度/周度/日生产计划。

优化生产排程，减少换型时间，提高设备利用率（OEE），确保交付准时率（OTD）。

精细化排产， 制定日/班次生产排程，考虑设备、人员、物料等约束条件。

应用TOC（约束理论）、Lean（精益）方法持续优化排产逻辑。

2. 跨部门协调

与采购、物流、生产、质量、销售部门紧密协作，确保物料供应和生产执行。

处理紧急订单、插单、生产异常等问题，快速调整排产方案。

3. 库存与供应链管理

监控原材料、半成品、成品库存，优化库存周转率（ITO）。

制定安全库存策略，减少缺料风险。

与供应商协同，确保物料准时交付（OTD）。

4. 生产计划系统管理

- 负责ERP（如SAP/ Epicor PP/MM）的生产计划模块参数维护；协助开发排产相关KPI看板（如计划达成率、设备OEE ）。

- 推动生产计划数字化、自动化，减少人工干预。

- 分析生产数据，优化排程逻辑，提升计划准确率。

任职要求

教育背景：本科及以上学历，工业工程、供应链管理、机械工程等相关专业。

工作经验 ：5年以上生产计划管理经验；熟悉 MRP/ERP系统（如SAP、Epicor），具备 PP/MM模块经验者优先； 具有汽车、电子、机械、快消等行业生产计划背景优先。

技能：精通 生产计划方法论（MPS/MRP/CRP）、产能规划、排产算法；熟练使用 Excel、Power BI 进行数据分析； 具备供应链优化、精益生产（Lean）、TOC（约束理论）知识；优秀的逻辑思维、抗压能力、跨部门沟通能力。

语言能力：良好的书面英语能力

Production Senior Planner

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) to align with demand.

Create monthly/weekly/daily production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity analysis.

Optimize production sequencing to reduce changeover time, improve OEE and achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.

Detailed Production Schedule: generate daily/shift-level schedules considering equipment, labor, and material constraints.

Apply TOC/Lean to continuously optimize production planning logic.

2. Crossfunctional Coordination

Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure material availability and production execution.

Handle urgent orders, line breakdowns, and production exceptions with quick rescheduling.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to optimize ITO (Inventory Turnover).

Define safety stock policies to minimize stockouts.

Work with suppliers to ensure OnTime Delivery (OTD).

4. Planning System Management

Responsible for maintaining production planning module parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Epicor PP/MM); assist in developing KPI dashboards for scheduling (e.g., schedule attainment rate, equipment OEE).

Drive digitalization and automation in production planning.

Analyze production data to improve scheduling accuracy.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in production planning, hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Epicor). PP/MM module experience is a plus. Background in automotive, electronics, machinery, or FMCG preferred.

Key Skills: Expertise in MPS/MRP/CRP methodologies, capacity planning, and scheduling logics; Skilled in data analysis using Excel and Power BI; Knowledge in supply chain optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and TOC; Strong logical thinking, stress resistance, and cross-departmental communication skills.

Language: Good written English

Proficient in production planning methodologies (MPS/MRP/CRP), capacity planning, and scheduling algorithms;
