Responsibilities:
1.Identify, prospect, and onboard new Chinese buyers and sellers.
2.Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
3.Build strong relationships with decision-makers in electronics manufacturing, distribution, and trading companies.
4.Engage with prospective and existing clients to uncover buying and selling opportunities.
5.Negotiate terms and close high-value deals, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.
Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.
6.Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-demand semiconductor parts and trading trends.
7.Work closely with the global pricing team to ensure marketplace listings remain competitive and profitable.
8.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in China.
9.Strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
10.Provide strategic support to help customers maximize the value.
11.Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
1.Good communication, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
2.Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in electronic components or semiconductor trading.
3.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
